What access do you need?
Usually a WordPress administrator login and access to your hosting account or its file manager. We will tell you what is needed for your setup, and you can change the passwords again once we are done.
Will my site be offline while you work?
Usually not for long. If the infection is serious, we may put up a maintenance page while we clean it so visitors are not exposed.
Can you remove the Google warning?
Only Google can lift it. Once the site is clean, we help you request a review through Google Search Console, which usually clears the warning within a few days.
What if the malware comes back?
If it returns within 7 days of our cleanup, we clean it again for free. To keep it from happening again long term, a care plan keeps the site patched and scanned.
